You have six months from the date of purchase to use one of our gift vouchers. However, we are happy to honour expired vouchers on the condition they are used on Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm only. Please note that extra charges may apply if the price of the treatment has increased since the voucher expired.
Vouchers can be purchased for a specific service, or for a dollar amount. If you’ve purchased a voucher for a specific service, we’re more than happy to transfer the value of that voucher to a different treatment. You also don’t have to spend your voucher all in one go, it can be used at both our Subiaco and Myaree locations for more than one visit, allowing the dollar value isn’t exceeded.
Gift vouchers can be purchased instantly online. When purchasing online, you can opt for the voucher to be sent via email or to be posted free of charge. They can also be purchased in store.
At the time of purchase, you can opt to have it emailed or posted directly to the gift recipient.
Yes, you are welcome to use your gift voucher at all of our locations however please note that our some treatment prices may vary location to location.
Please keep your Ultimate Aesthetics gift voucher safe as lost vouchers cannot be replaced. Ultimate Aesthetics gift vouchers are non-transferrable to a third party. As a courtesy to our clinicians and other clients, we require at least 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you neglect to afford us the courtesy of at least 24 hours notice, please note a cancellation fee will apply.
Gift vouchers are a non-refundable deposit, they are not redeemable for cash and are void beyond its expiry date. Should you choose not to spend the full amount of your Ultimate Aesthetics gift voucher in one visit, the remainder value will stay on your account until it expires. We regret no change can be given.
